Melanie C ‘very excited’ to announce release date for her autobiography

Melanie C said she was “very excited” as she announced the release date of her autobiography Who I Am.

The Spice Girls singer, real name Melanie Chisholm’s book will follow the journey from her bedroom in the North West of England to global recognition with the band.

It is designed to explore personal topics such as celebrity pressures as well as his experiences with bullying and mental health issues.

Also known as Sporty Spice, Melanie C is the latest member of the band to have her autobiography released.

The singer said she enjoyed reflecting on her “incredible career” and the “tremendous obstacles” she had overcome.

“It took me a long time to feel ready to tell my story,” she said.

“The past few years have given me the opportunity to reflect on the incredible career I’ve had and the huge obstacles I’ve managed to overcome.

“I really enjoyed going back and remembering what a wonderful journey life has been so far.

“I am very happy to share my experiences with you all.”

Who I Am is set to be published on September 15, 2022 by Welbeck Publishing Group.
