Drag Illustrated Partners with Publication Printers to Upgrade Flagship Print Magazine – Drag Illustrated
Drag Illustrated remains proud and committed to its print product and continues to prove it by announcing today that the company has partnered with Publication Printers in Denver, Colorado to produce the magazine.
“Drag Illustrated magazine is our flagship product. The print magazine is the foundation on which everything we do is built,” said Wes Buck, founder and editorial director of Drag Illustrated. “Having said that, it’s paramount that the magazine is of the highest possible quality, because that’s what our brand is known for and that’s what our readers expect. Runners are detail oriented; aesthetics are important to this community, and by aligning ourselves with the team at Publication Printers, we can ensure that every subscriber receives a centerpiece in their mailbox.
Drag Illustrated has been home to some of the most talented and respected photography, design, reporting and writing in drag racing. The move to Publication Printers was the next step in improving the home experience for Drag Illustrated subscribers.
“We are excited to return to Publication Printers as we continue to seek ways to enhance our industry-leading printing offering,” said Mike Carpenter, COO of Drag Illustrated. “This will be our second stint with Publication Printers, and we look forward to working with their experienced team. Our companies know each other very well and have worked very well together in the past, so we plan to get off to a flying start as we roll out these magazine updates. Our print magazine will always be our flagship product, and we’re proud to provide a platform for riders, makers and fans to enjoy the sport they love with the permanence that only print can provide.
